Indoor Ensemble Tuition & Fees

2012 Season Tuition/Fees

      $195 - Tuition 

All members will be getting a new polo shirt this season, which is included in the cost of tuition.  

     
Payment Schedule/Checks Payable

  • December 5 - $50 deposit due(non-refundable deposit which is applied towards tuition/fees)
  • January 11, 2012 - $145 tuition payment 
  • May 5, 2012 (on or by) - $30 opt out fee

Legends Polo Shirt (Uniform)

The Legends Indoor Ensemble has a required polo shirt for performances.  All members will be getting a new polo shirt this season, which is included in the cost of tuition.

 

Fundraising Requirement

Members of Indoor are required to participate in the Car Wash that is being held on May 5, 2012.  If you would like to opt out of this requirement, you will be assessed a $30 fee, which is due on or by May 5, 2011.
 


Financial Assistance

If you are in need of financial assistance to help cover the cost of your tuition/fees, there are methods to generate monies that we can help you with.  Some areas we can be of assistance:

  • Sponsorship Program - we will provide a sponsorship form where you can ask for contributions within your network of people to assist with funds to help offset your tuition/fees.  100% of monies generated will be applied to your account for participation. Download and print your sponsorship form here.  For more information on this program, please contact Allison Patrick.
     
  • Payment Arrangements - we will work with you on a flexible payment plan throughout the season to help make program participation possible.  For more information on payment arrangements, please contact Allison Patrick

All rehearsals will be held at Portage Central High School.
It is REQUIRED that you attend all of the dates above so that the staff can fully evaluate you.

 
Registration Process:  


What to bring:

  • Brass: Please bring your own instrument and mouthpiece.  Some instruments will be provided.
  • Percussionists: Please visit the resources page for exercise packet downloads.  Print the packet for 
        your section(s) of interest and prepare the provided material.  Contact Ryan Jonker with any questions
        about the packets. 

    Please bring your own sticks, 3 ring binder, clear pages, exercise packet, and pencil(s).
